Hi, I’m Karina
I’m Karina — a certified yoga and stretch coach with 18 years of experience in movement, sports, and body awareness. I created KarinaStretchme to offer something different: a space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything — just show up and feel supported. My approach is soft but intentional, blending breath, mindful movement, and emotional care.

Every class is beginner-friendly, body-positive, and designed to help you feel more connected to yourself. Whether you’re working through tension, anxiety, or simply want to feel strong and calm again, I’ll meet you where you are — and guide you from there, with kindness.
